The word ‘impossible’ is not in our dictionary. But with just six weeks to set up an event for 3,000 employees, even we had to take a deep breath. For Live took on the challenge with full confidence – and delivered.
Concept
One location, two experiences
The busiest period in our history, sky-high quality standards, an unforgivingly tight schedule. All elements that push our team to the next level. ING came to us with a clear request: an event with a seamless transition from daytime conference to evening celebration, all in the same space. With only the essential details in hand, we created a concept that perfectly matched their expectations.
Design
Custom-made experience
The design not only met all functional requirements but also delivered the element of surprise: from the moment guests arrived, they were immersed in a dynamic experience, constantly surprised by new elements that engaged their senses. Creativity and technical expertise went hand in hand. For example, we had only a 90-minute changeover between the two event phases, which we made work by temporarily hosting guests in an outdoor area while transforming the space. The setup featured multiple custom-made elements, like high tables wrapped around pillars covered in LED panels.
Production
Tight schedule, flawless teamwork
With only 24 hours for the entire load-in – including 10 trailers full of technical equipment – preparation was just as crucial as execution. Years of experience allowed us to turn the concept into a watertight production schedule. Together with partners like FX Agency, Hete Peper and Boozed, we operated as one tightly coordinated team, where everyone played their part to perfection. The ultimate compliment? A client who, by the end of the event, truly felt part of an extraordinary team effort. That’s when you know we created something special.
